Order Processing:

Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 7-10 business days.

We do not ship on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

The tracking number for your shipment will be sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

How Do We Calculate Shipping Charges For Your Order?

We are currently offering Free Shipping on Orders over $99 (some restrictions may apply).

Each "ship-to" address does require a separate shipping charge.

What Shipping Methods do we use?

We ship  USPS Mail.

Where Do You Ship?

At this time, we are only shipping to USA Locations (including Hawaii and Alaska). We are currently looking at options to ship outside the USA and hope to offer this service sometime in the near future.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you are a registered Rose Wickz shopper, you can use your order history and tracking to track your order within the USA (If you are unregistered, you can use the carrier's website and your tracking number to track your order within the USA).

Do You Offer Store Pickup?

No, we do not offer Free Store Pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (from Rose Wickz), please return it to us for a refund.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

When you return your purchase to Rose Wickz, within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your Credit/Debit Card for the price of the item(s).

Here is the easy way to return your items(s):

Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Rose Wickz packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.

Mail your return, at your expense, via the courier of your choice (example: UPS, USPS, Fedex).

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 7-14 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
